What are the civilizational goals of Reform Beyondism? We want people to be able to create their own independent culturally and genetically homogeneous societies so that they may participate in our grand ethical and biological experiment from which we can learn. The original Beyondists saw this happening in nation-states by limiting immigration. Reform Beyondists believe that in many areas, homogeneous ethnostates are no longer possible, and so we advance the idea of mini-states, states within states, enclaves where certain cultural and breeding practices can be enforced which are different from the outside. How would this work? Let’s take the United States as an example. The USA is not racially or culturally homogeneous and to break it up into ethnic zones would be impossible. The Reform Beyondist answer is for the United States to remain, but to allow small mini-states to be formed within it, small zones where city-states with accompanying land can be built for a certain cultural and genetic group. These would operate similar to how Native American reservations work, though these city-states would have more independence. These city-states would dot the American landscape but the land in between them would remain America and a free zone for all where there is cultural and genetic mixing which is important for our hybridization experiments. How do we convince people to do this? Right now there are many competing factions who want their own territories in America, we simply need to unite them and say that they should all work together each to get their own districts; in this way White Supremacists and Muslims and Black Supremacists and Hindus can all work together to get and maintain their own states in America, all working together in an experiment to see whose system and genes works best. Reform Beyondism unites all races and religions in our differences, promoting differences as the basis for cooperation.
